If you require a letter of invitation to assist with your visa application, you must register for the conference and make payment before requesting one.
You can request a letter of invitation by completing our online Letter of Invitation Request for VISA Application form. Please note that you cannot complete the form without your registration confirmation number.
Your letter of invitation will be sent the Friday following your request.
Your name and email address will be forwarded to the Polytechnic University Hong Kong for a one time use to set up your specific access to the campus for DTA APAC 2026. All data transfer will be securely handled and destroyed within 7 days of the conference.
The IET Travel Awards are for members travelling to conferences and events as part of their professional development. We can award grants of up to £1500 for international travel and up to £600 for national travel. Read more about IET Travel Awards
